1. Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of the completed Registration Form.

2. Full payment must be made PRIOR to the date of event.

3. Walk-in participants are allowed to attend the event subject to space availability. The organizer reserves the right to deny any registered participants who fail to present any proof of payment.

4. Substitution is allowed for any registered participant if payment has been made in full prior to the event. 

5. NO REFUND will be given for any cancellation made in less than ONE week prior to the event.
